Garlic Chicken (Ninja Style)

We ninja'ed this recipe from my father-in-law. Marc would talk about it often and after Vince was born, my father-in-law brought us some. It was super tasty and it took us a few weeks to get him to give up the goods in terms of the recipe.

Ingredients

Half a bulb of garlic (at least 10 cloves - sliced thin)
1 pound chicken breasts
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
10 ounces chicken broth
Salt
Pepper

Procedures
1. Slice garlic into thin pieces
2. Put garlic into small pot with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
3. Heat on high, stirring constantly, until most of the vinegar has cooked off
4. Add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, salt, pepper and remaining 2 tablespoons of vinegar
5. Mix thoroughly
6. Clean and cut chicken into bite size pieces
7. In a separate pan, brown chicken
8. After browned, add the liquid mixture from the pot to chicken
9. Mix well
10. Cover and allow to simmer on low heat for approximately 1 hour
11. Serve over mashed potatoes
