It's been months, and now that the chaos of the holidays and traveling has died down, I'm looking to reboot the blog.
Things to be expected in the re-boot:
1. New Recipes
2. More Pictures
3. Interesting information from the outside world (aka health tips, news articles, etc)
4. More Accountability and personal updates
Since November and December were such chaotic months, we now have 3 months worth of recipes to try from our Food Network Magazine. Further, I've been scouring the internet in search of new ideas. I goal is to try at least 2 new recipes a week. I say only 2 because there are times we still want to go out with friends, are just in the mood for a frozen pizza, or want to repeat a recipe.
Pictures! After our jaunt to Italy, my camera decided that the ruins of Pompeii were so amazing that it too wanted to die and be one with the area. While, I didn't leave my camera there, it did however decide to go on to Camera heaven. Thankfully, Marc was kind enough to get me a new one for Christmas!
Sadly, our local hang out on Tuesday nights decided to shut down. This is perhaps a mixed blessing because that means less going out (which equals more $ for our pockets and less calories for our waists!) but we are without a local hang out now. It caught all of us by surprise.
The target date for this to really get rolling in February 1st
